Omnia are fortunate to have some excellent partners, none more so than Saba Dinxperlo BV.
SABA is a leading company in the development and production of MS-Polymer product. SABA Sealtack is a one-component MS-Polymer based product for bonding and sealing, that does not contain any
solvents or isocyanate.
We can easily sum up the benefits of adhesives as simply lighter and stronger. The SABA Sealtack range offers products for sealing and bonding sidewalls, plastic roofs, spoilers and thresholds. Some of the most frequently used types are:
SABA Sealtack 700
Universal sealant.
SABA Sealtack 750
Multipurpose adhesive with excellent strength, which can also be used as a sealant: a high quality and economical product.
SABA Sealtack 780
An all-purpose construction adhesive with good thixotropic properties for high build. Suitable for
bonding and sealing.
Because of its fast and exceptional bonding with very high ultimate strength, the SABA Sealtack series is very well equipped for elastic bonding in the metal and synthetics industry. When sealing, SABA Sealtack is the number one in its field: Excellent UV and ageing resistance, no bubbles and immediately over paintable.

Details for use and availability
SABA products are easy to work with since in most cases no surface promoter are needed. Only cleaning is required for Saba Sealtack to bond well on most surfaces. Use Cleaner 48.
Some materials need special attention i.e. corrosion prone materials and plastics (Primer 4518 for unpainted Omnia panel). Usually an adhesion promoter is available in these cases

Cleaner, adhesion promoters and primers are available from stock as well as Sealtack 750 and 780 in white (290ml cartridge). Other colours (grey/black as standard) or transparent and packaging (sachets of 400 or 600ml) on request.
The Sealtack range extends to the upper levels with a extra strength adhesive Sealtack 790 and a 2 pack system where quick cure is required with Sealtack Fast.
Saba has the only fully tested and proven range of primer, cleaner, adhesives and sealants for the Omnia range of panels.
With this in mind and having witnessed the performance and application improvements for all substrates, we became the exclusive distributor for the transport industry. In coach and bodybuilding the correct attachment systems are an essential part of the construction as a whole.
Adhesive joints provide more freedom in design (without mechanical fixings), improved constructive rigidity and strongly improved anti-vibration absorption.
