SABA Sealtack

Sealants and Adhesives

In body building PU adhesives and sealants are commonly used, Sealtack is a modern alternative with many advantages.

The products range from moisture curing sealants to high strength 2 pack adhesives. Sealtack 700, Sealtack 750, Sealtack 780, Sealtack 790, Sealtack 2pack and various support products such as cleaners, activators, adhesion promoters.

Panels

Omnia Thermopanel and bespoke panels

The Omnia range of panels are the first sandwich panels where the face sheets are thermally fused to the honeycomb core, therefore eliminating the possibility of delamination and water ingress, completely.

In addition our panels offer a cost effective and excellent strength to weight ratio. A fibreglass reinforced polypropylene face sheet is thermally fused to both sides of the honeycomb core. An additional polypropylene layer is applied to the outside providing a smooth surface.

Omnia Flooring

For various applications we have suitable products that can be used as floor panel:

• Omnia panel with non slip textured surface (Scaffo Panel).
• OmniaGrip, a 2.3 mm glassfibre reinforced polyester with grit to be used as a bonded overlay.
  Low weight solution for medium duty application.
• Omnia EcoFloor, a fibre reinforced panel made of recycled PP from minimum 12mm thickness.

A self levelling polyurethane coating is also available, to be use with or
without non-slip granulate and or colour chips. Please ask for Sabacoat 3000.
