Omnia provides a lightweight but extremely strong and durable range of composite panels ideal for a number of applications including commercial vehicles, portable buildings, architectural applications,
logistical containers.

The Omnia panel is a thermoplastic sandwich panel, consisting of polypropylene-honeycomb and fibre-glass reinforced polypropylene-face sheets, which are joined together by a lamination/melting process.

Resistance to climatic conditions:

The thermoplastic composition allows the panels to be put into permanent service in temperatures ranging from -40° to +80° Celsius.

Recyclable:

Standard panel range is 100% recyclable.

Ecological impact:

The Omnia range of panels use considerably less kilojoules during manufacture compared to most conventional materials and production methods. Our unique fusion method ensures that no adhesive or bonding agents are required.

Panel Structure

Face sheets

The face sheets on both sides are of the same thickness and have the following specifications.
Standard: single-layered on each side, natural colour (opaque-white) with a thickness of 0.7 mm
(meaning 980 g/m² in fabric).

The paint surface can be refinished with accepted (non acrylic) vehicle paints and glued with PUR- and MS-Polymer engineering adhesives.

Fabric made from natural fibre can be used as a surface ready for bonding. Special specifications on request, minimum quantity 500 m2.
