Our latest development in bodybuilding technology is developed to reduce components, reduce labour, reduce set-up cost and reduce weight to an absolute minimum.

The body is built centred around the unique properties of the Omnia Thermopanel. The key technology is plastic welding. A very fast and strong process to connect the panels to a self supporting structure.

The BusyBody system uses extrusion welding to fuse the panels together from the inside therefore eliminating the need for mechanical fixings or bonding whilst optimising the mechanical properties of the thermopanel.

Resultant main advantages

• Aluminium extrusions become non-structural, saving weight and cost with option for plastic
• No investment for jigs needed (flexibility)
• Very short assembly time (through-put and labour cost)
